Julie Alonso - Oracle
I am the Product Management Director for PeopleSoft HR. This role enables me to work closely with our HCM customers and Development to deliver the best new features for the PeopleSoft HR product.
My favorite part of my position is the customer engagement - leading customer focus groups, gathering their requirements, presenting PeopleSoft HCM at conferences and customer visits.
To compliment my customer activity, I work closely with PeopleSoft Development and Product Management in defining requirements, design and prototyping of new features and setting priorities for the PeopleSoft HR Roadmap.
I am the Product Management Director for PeopleSoft HR. This role enables me to work closely with our HCM customers and Development to deliver the best new features for the PeopleSoft HR product.

Susan is the web master for the Texas-Louisiana Oracle Users Group and secretary for the SysAdmin SIG. As a former user I was responsible for period-end closing, reconciliations and reporting and now as an Oracle Financial Applications Implementer whose goal is to assist users with improving their usage and performance of Oracle. Moving to the consulting side, has allowed me to work with additional businesses to improve their reporting and auditing within Oracle applications.

Prior to joining Vetsource, Niki worked for Mars for five (5) 5 years migrating Oracle at Banfield Pet Hospitals from R12 to the Cloud including integrating the newly acquired businesses BluePearl and Pet Partners. She has fifteen plus (15+) years of experience working in the Transportation and Logistics business for Con-way (XPO) and UTi (DSV) implementing Oracle R12 to over 100 countries across the world. She has experience in Oracle E-Business 10.7 through R12.2.

I have recently implemented Oracle Cloud/Fusion at several clients in the Pacific Northwest including Bi-Mart and Pence Construction. Recently I had the opportunity to implement the ARCS product at Vetsource. ARCS is a great product and has removed tedious manual reconciliation at Vetsource with automated reconciliations for which only exceptions need review and processing.
