I am the Product Management Director for PeopleSoft HR. This role enables me to work closely with our HCM customers and Development to deliver the best new features for the PeopleSoft HR product.
My favorite part of my position is the customer engagement - leading customer focus groups, gathering their requirements, presenting PeopleSoft HCM at conferences and customer visits.
To compliment my customer activity, I work closely with PeopleSoft Development and Product Management in defining requirements, design and prototyping of new features and setting priorities for the PeopleSoft HR Roadmap.
