I am the Product Management Director for PeopleSoft HR. This role enables me to work closely with our HCM customers and Development to deliver the best new features for the PeopleSoft HR product.
My favorite part of my position is the customer engagement - leading customer focus groups, gathering their requirements, presenting PeopleSoft HCM at conferences and customer visits.
To compliment my customer activity, I work closely with PeopleSoft Development and Product Management in defining requirements, design and prototyping of new features and setting priorities for the PeopleSoft HR Roadmap.

Scott has over 23 years of experience helping companies define and transform their financial close process, improve their planning cycles and provide insights into their key performance indicators. He has extensive experience leading Enterprise & Performance Management projects with over 75 successful implementations using Oracle’s EPM technology, Hyperion. Scott has extensive business process experience providing organization with leading practices around their budgeting, forecasting, close and reporting processes. Scott has played a role of project sponsor, project manager and a lead design architect on these projects. These systems include Oracle/Hyperion Planning, Oracle Essbase, Oracle PBCS and EPBCS and the related Hyperion reporting and integration tools.

Susan Rice - Susan Rice Comedy
Susan Rice loves to make people laugh. She began her professional comedy career in 1983 and at present is still making people laugh. Her career has taken her all over the country playing all the comedy clubs of the 1980s & '90s. Appearing on all the Network & Cable Comedy channels solidified Rice's credentials as a professional comedian.
The new century found her working more corporate events for companies such as Microsoft and Intel as well as The Red Hat Society. In 2015 Rice was voted by her peers and patrons of comedy The Willamette Weekly's "Portland's Funniest Person"
During the Pandemic in 2021, Rice wanted to bring comedy back into her local scene of Portland OR. She produced the first St. Johns Comedy Festival to help the local Portland comics and her small neighborhood of St. Johns in North Portland. She continues that festival and hopes it brings people together with laughter.
At 70 Susan Rice has found a broader range of audience than she remembers ever having as a young comedian. She appeals to both young and old. Reminding everyone that humor has no age limit and laughter is the one human emotion that heals.

Prior to coming on board with PPS, I’ve held various positions in Finance and Accounting in both the non profit and private sector. I have over 10 years of experience working with PeopleSoft and Oracle combined, with my current role focusing on PeopleSoft FSCM. This is also my first time being on the more technical side of financial systems and I am really enjoying this side of the “house”. I’ve been able to apply my previous knowledge and background in financial reporting, continually exploring all things PeopleSoft and how we can best serve our end users and organization.
