Prior to joining Quest, Jackson was the DBA Manager at Darigold. He also spent over 10 years managing Oracle, SQLServer and DB2 databases and DBAs at Washington Mutual. While at WaMu, Jackson was the Enterprise Database Compliance Officer, with responsibility for Database Security and Disaster Recovery. He was also responsible for Oracle databases at Starbucks and US West. While at Starbucks, he participated in the Oracle 7 Alpha Test, and was part of the Oracle Very Large Database Customer Focus Group. He is also part of the OAK Table Group

Julie Alonso - Oracle
I am the Product Management Director for PeopleSoft HR. This role enables me to work closely with our HCM customers and Development to deliver the best new features for the PeopleSoft HR product.
My favorite part of my position is the customer engagement - leading customer focus groups, gathering their requirements, presenting PeopleSoft HCM at conferences and customer visits.
To compliment my customer activity, I work closely with PeopleSoft Development and Product Management in defining requirements, design and prototyping of new features and setting priorities for the PeopleSoft HR Roadmap.
I am the Product Management Director for PeopleSoft HR. This role enables me to work closely with our HCM customers and Development to deliver the best new features for the PeopleSoft HR product.

Susan has co-authored two books: The ABCs of Workflow for EBS R11i/R12 and The Release 12 Primer – Shining a Light on the R12 World.

Before becoming a consultant, I worked as an Accountant with non-profit and profit organizations. As a former user I was responsible for period-end closing, reconciliations and reporting and now as an Oracle Financial Applications Implementer whose goal is to assist users with improving their usage and performance of Oracle. Moving to the consulting side, has allowed me to work with additional businesses to improve their reporting and auditing within Oracle applications.
