Shannon Roche - KashTech Software Solutions Group
Shannon Roche is a client success enthusiast. Throughout her consulting career she has used her experience with Financials/Supply Chain/Asset Management and Human Capital Management systems to help her clients with organizational transformations, both large and small. She has worked for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), National Geographic Society, Deloitte Consulting, and MIPRO Consulting. In spring 2022 she joined Kastech Software Solutions Group providing ERP consulting, team augmentation, and managed services, as well as web and custom application development and more. As part of the Kastech family of companies, she also supports KTech Products, a Digital Transformation Company, as well as imaginX, which offers immersive learning with augmented/virtual reality. She has presented at numerous conferences throughout her 3 decade career including PeopleSoft Connect, Oracle OpenWorld, RECONNECT, Oracle Maintenance Summit, Quest Oracle Community conferences, numerous regional user group conferences, as well as the Society for Maintenance Reliability Professionals (SMRP) Annual Conference, and the International Maintenance Conference (IMC). When Shannon isn’t busy supporting her clients, she can often be found at home in Annapolis Maryland with friends and family, or on one of her many music-related adventures!

Julie Alonso - Oracle
I am the Product Management Director for PeopleSoft HR. This role enables me to work closely with our HCM customers and Development to deliver the best new features for the PeopleSoft HR product.
My favorite part of my position is the customer engagement - leading customer focus groups, gathering their requirements, presenting PeopleSoft HCM at conferences and customer visits.
To compliment my customer activity, I work closely with PeopleSoft Development and Product Management in defining requirements, design and prototyping of new features and setting priorities for the PeopleSoft HR Roadmap.
